U.S. President Barack Obama signed a massive $1.1 trillion spending bill that will allow water projects to continue unimpeded. State revolving funds for water will have $2.35 billion with $907 million marked specifically for drinking water SRFs. Clean water SRF’s are earmarked to get $1.45 billion for their efforts.
