The bottom line here is that the human body NEEDS water. Most of us do not realize how much we need it until we do not have it. Water makes up the majority of the human body, water is needed for the body to function properly and effect every organ in our body. Without water for any more then a few days will be fatal. Symptoms set in fairly quick from lack of hydration. In our everyday lives we get water from a variety of fruits, vegetables and even protein. Being properly hydrated will enable you to function properly and healthy.
