When global pandemic struck last year, most gyms closed their doors forcing us to exercise within our homes. Yes, fitness at home is not a new trend and has been around for several decades. Think about the aerobics craze back in the 1990s, when you couldn’t find a home that did not tune in one of the channels showing routines in the morning. Yet, we can say that pandemic led to a significant evolution in exercise trends. Technology is taking over many aspects of these activities and there’s an increase social element despite staying at home.
