Irrigation Without Irritation

We stress about providing clean water for ourselves to drink and to wash, rightfully so. It is important to make sure mankind is well hydrated. However, while we should keep focus on fauna getting quenched, we should look into how our flora is getting their water.

Making sure plants and crops get clean water is a priority worldwide. It is important for gardeners, growers, and farmers to efficiently use their water so there isn’t too little or too much. Agriculturalists should also make sure any runoff doesn’t contain harm chemicals from fertilizers or pesticides that could contaminate local water sources. Bottom line, water needs to be looked at as a resource for both our drinking glasses and our dinner plates.
