Most of the current sit for “Burning Man” is underwater. They may have to move the annual event if the site remains under water in late August. Every year mountain snowfall causes the “lake effect” but it is not known if the effect has lasted this long, at least since there has been Burning Man. At this point they are not canceling the event because there is belief by the organizers that it will dry out by the August 27 start date.
