New research commissioned by Southern Water shows that unless the UK improves its water efficiency, the current reductions to water bills will be cancelled out due to water shortages. Even small condolences can save a home £78 year. So what can you do to help?

Installing a dual flush toilet can save 7,000 litres per person per year compared to single-flush toilets. Taking shorter showers can also save water in the long term.
