How to stay active during a pandemic

It can be hard to stay motivated during the pandemic where we are in the house and nothing is the same. Students need to be active in order to live a well balanced life. If you are doing activities you don’t love, you probably won’t get around to doing them. Students who play on sports teams in schools can keep in contact with their team mates via zoom and even work out together, and keep each other motivated.
