How to eat well in 2021

This past year has been the source of a lot of stress eating. Going into the new year, we should be focusing on eating better than we were this past year. We can start by really listening to our bodies and sensing what we really need to be eating. Citrus fruits are better for our immune systems so it’s best to load up on those as well as processed foods, as strange as that sounds, but it consists of things like canned tuna.
