Since water has the ability to keep us hydrated while flushing out harmful toxins from our bodies, it can naturally enhance one’s appearance to a more refreshing aesthetic. Lucy Aitken took it upon herself to conduct a solo experiment. For exactly one month, Aitken consumed 3 litres of water each day. Even her husband noticed the difference in how her skin looked, noting that it seemed as though her face looked brighter than it usually is.
