Don’t Drown in Sugar, Drink Water and Rise

Sugar seems inescapable. It is almost every processed food and drink. The problem is that sugar is just plain bad for your health. Whether it’s high fructose corn syrup, cane sugar, or raw honey, sugar leads to chronic diseases, inflammation, and weight gain. It can tough to avoid it, but you can start by eliminating it from your beverages.

Sodas, sweet teas, sports drinks, and others contribute to your sugar intake by the gulp. By merely replacing those drinks with clean water, unsweetened tea, pure fruit juice, and black coffee, you’ll literally cut your consumption in half.
