Water is one of those things we need daily. The odd thing about taste is that it is strongly tied to smell, so often those “flavors” are not really in the water but how you smell it. Obviously some water qualities will be worse than others. Fresh aquifers will have a different water than treated sewage or salt water, due to the qualities of that water that your are processing. All water is ultimate processed but some needs more to make it potable.
