Worldwide Water Supplies to Decrease by 2050

Studies are showing that in order to provide enough food and water for the estimated global population of nine billion, change must be made to fight overconsumption, degradation of water resources, and climate change. The World Water Council warns that such actions are needed to reduce poverty and ensure food security for many people living in rural and urban areas.
