Water Drinking Rule of Thumb

We are constantly told my physicians that we need to be drinking more water, but how much is enough? The amount of water that should be consumed by a person who is a short 30-year-old woman isn’t the same as a tall muscular 20-year-old. What’s a good way to determine how much water you should drink daily?

Dietician Julie Upton believes a person should take their body weight, divide it by half, and use that number to be the number of fluid ounces you should drink daily.
