Uranium and Aluminum Found in Punjab Waters

New research has discovered that most of the natural groundwater in Punjab is unfit for human consumption. Scientists have discovered traces of aluminum in water sources in Punjab that already were contaminated with arsenic and uranium. While many areas are contaminated with other chemicals, aluminum is more pronounced in water sources in Amritsar, Fatehgarh, Sahib, Ludhiana, and the Sangrur districts.
