A British newspaper reports that the government intends to downgrade its environmental and wildlife trading efforts in order to increase its chances of obtaining trade with Africa and Latin America. This is a result of Brexit.
The intentions were discovered in a folder left by a government employee on a train. Someone photographed the information. The president of a wildlife group criticized the government’s intentions. Others are worried the UK will revoke many European Union acts after Brexit.
