A bad flood has hit lancashire causing 70 people and 20 horses needing to be rescued. For than 500 calls were made to emergency services. The most effected places were Lancaster and Galgate. Rail services across the Noth West have been shut down due to floods and snow. Some people even had to be rescued from vehicles and homes had to be pumped out. This was a record high rainfall in the nor west’s history.
