This law is important and breaking it endangers the public. Waste water contains harmful bacteria and chemicals. This is why it must be treated every time. These things can end up in our ground water and can then be ingested. It could eben be deadly depending on what exactly is tainting it. It’s not something to take lightly because people can get very sick of even die. This law needs to be followed to the letter.
