Water quality is top priority for councils and committies from Torridge and North Devon. The Taw and Torridge Estuary is looking to be vastly upgraded after sufficient funds have been secured. Majority of the poor water quality comes from farm-water runoff, so a portion of funds will be used to educate farmers about how to increase water quality.
