The Stone Brewing Company of San Diego has recently introduced an ale made from treated sewage water. The company rolled out a pale ale made from the water as part of a a Pure Water San Diego plan designed to get a third of the city’s water from recycled sources by 2021. Attendees at the brewery’s special event were favorable toward the new brew, Full Circle Pale Ale, describing the ale as “outstanding” and “delicious.” The company hopes make this brew commercially available in the near future.
