There is a fight over water in the European Union that’s actually not about pricing. An operation conducted by Swiss Army Helicopters had them cross the French border to obtain lake water. Who benefitted from this stolen water? Cows!

The Swiss Army swooped in at Rousses Lake last week in the Jura Mountains to take some of the lake water, startling the locals and tourists swimming in the lake. The water was taken to help prevent Swiss cows from being dehydrated in a recent heat wave. Both sides claimed a communication problem as the source of the confusion.
