Oral Health Through Oil Pulling

It’s important to treat your gums, teeth, and throat to keep them in peak condition. However, it can get pricey by constantly buying different brushes and mouth rinses. An inexpensive way to help your oral health is to practice the Indian method of oil pulling.

Around 3,000-5,000 years ago, Indians practiced oil pulling to prevent and treat teeth, jaws, gums, and the throat. By taking sunflower, sesame, or coconut oil and swirling in your mouth for 3-5 minutes and spitting it out, you can naturally clean and treat your mouth with the oil’s anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial fatty acids. It also helps detox the body and alleviate headaches, congestion, and mucus draining. For more on this oral cleansing approach, click here:: Is Oil Pulling the Secret to Incredibl Oral Health?
