New Orleans Rebuilt into a City of Water

With the reconstruction of the city of New Orleans after the disaster of Hurricane Katrina, the city planning is now becoming more water friendly. The new architecture is based of Dutch engineering to allow more leeway for possible flooding while also revamping the city’s wastewater treatment to ensure clean water for its citizens.
