A revolutionary new app dubbed “mWater,” hopes to find a solution for the 738 million people around the world find and gain access to clean, drinkable water. NASA developed a bacteria-based test that could be performed under restricted conditions and without heavy equipment to determine whether or not water sources are safe to drink.
