There are several rules to a healthy lifestyle, one of those rules are to make sure you are eating a healthy diet. Make sure you are eating enough of the right foods, and to keep hydrated. Don’t compare yourself to others, as people come in all different shapes and sizes and we don’t all have the same set of rules when it comes to what our bodies should look like.
