The City of Flint, Michigan, has been in the news because of their water crisis, and investigations have led to the criminal prosecutions of three government employees. Flint recently filed a civil suit against a French company and a Texas-based company, alleging that both firms ignored dangerous levels of lead present in the Flint water supply.
