This summer, children have been enjoying learning gardening skills and developing a taste for healthy vegetables versus processed foods. This learning opportunity is being provided by Lynchburg Parks and Recreation (in Virginia) through a program called, “Learn, Grow, Eat and Go!” The program is being held at teaching gardens at three of the Lynchburg neighborhood centers.
