As part of the 1.7 billion pound restructuring program, Welsh Water will be cutting out 360 jobs over the next five years. A spokesman for Welsh Water said the aim was to have the reduction occur naturally via retirements and not filling in vacancies. Welsh Water also believes it would help reduce customer bills by 5%.
