Is Bottled Water Fattening You Up?

Everyone at the gym seems to have a bottle of water with them to rehydrate, as they burn fat and calories. Sadly, according to an email I read from John Rowley, they might be actually be putting fat back onto their bodies due to the bottled water. How so?

Most manufactured water bottles contain a chemical called bisphenol A (BPA). Over time and in warm conditions, the chemical can be released into the water within the bottle. The chemical affects hormones in your body that compromises fat loss and other bodily functions. So it might be best to purchase a BPA-free water bottle and fill it up with filtered water at home.
