Drinking water is not the most efficient method of rehydrating the body according to a recent British study carried out by Loughborough University. After testing 72 men, drinking 13 different types of beverage, the study concluded that oral rehydration solution, milk (fat free and whole) and orange juice were better at rehydrating the body than water.
