Hydration Makes Kids Better at School

Does your child have trouble concentrating in class? Do they have difficulty remembering their lessons? A tutor might not be needed. What might be needed is a glass of water.

Studies have shown that children who drink enough water during the day score better on a variety of cognitive tests than those who don’t get the daily amount they need. Dehydration can affect brain function and retention, robbing children of their education. So as you pack their lunch, add an extra water bottle into their bag.
