We all know that “fresh” water isn’t that fresh. The water that goes from its source to our taps has to be filtered to ensure we aren’t consuming harmful chemicals, minerals, and pollutants. However, there is something else we need to look out for in our tap water: hormones.

The best bet to discontinue disposing medicines and drugs down the toilet in order to curb this troublesome issue.
