Attendees at Festival No. 6 were dismayed to find they could not leave after the field being used as a car park was flooded. Hundreds of festival goers were stuck and irritated that there seemed to be no one in charge, nor a system in place to remedy the situation. Two inches of rainfall left a challenging problem, organizers said.
