So, after having read an article about the variety of foods to eat to lose weight, I have to say I might be on the right track. Some of the food that is recommended are the basics like bananas, kiwis and strawberries. Great, I love fruit! This article also talked about foods that are rich in things like magnesium and potassium. Those minerals help your body work properly and keep your muscles from cramping or being over worked. You can get these minerals by eating raw things like nuts and also from a lot of leafy green vegetables. Also, sugar is considered a big no no. It keeps your body from being able to tell when you are actually satisfied and don’t need to keep eating until your too full. Next on the list is a LOT of fiber!! We all know that fiber makes things move through your system like they should and quite regularly so…yea…lots of fiber. So, I think I might be having a fruit salad a couple of times a week and maybe a little less sweet tea with my fiber filled dinner.
