Researchers have discovered a 60,000-year old Neanderthal cave near Barcelona that featured a number of primitive amenities- including hot water. A hole near the hearth of the cave is believed to have been used to heat water for cooking and bathing. If hot water access was available for Neanderthals, it should be available to everyone today.
