Drink and Eat Away Inflammation

What do headaches, joint pain, and muscle aches all have in common? They usually involve inflammation. A body that has an abnormal pH blood level due to a poor diet and unhealthy lifestyle can lead to these ailments along with more serious conditions such as diabetes and cardiovascular disease.
