Detoxification, Water, and Skepticism

Body detoxification is a topic of constant debate. Skeptics believe it is unnecessary while there are others who swear by it. However, one thing that can’t be argued is that body detoxifying suggestions don’t hurt a person’s overall health.

Not many doctors would argue against a person eating more heavy green vegetables and drinking more water. Physicians usually won’t disagree with a diet that is free of red meat and sugar. So while the argument over whether or not toxins are an issue continues, both sides of the argument agree on similar health paths but from a different perspective.
