For its third year in a row, Southern Water has been deemed the UK’s worst performing company in the nation. Despite having a 13% reduction in complaints, many UK citizens have still complained about the company’s services. Southern Water recently spent £13 million to upgrade its billing system that will allow customers to conveniently pay online, which will hopefully decrease complaints.
