Tuesday morning, firefighters were called to help with a pipe that burst on the 6th floor of an office, shortly before it was due to open. The pipe knocked the power out so it the building will be closed through Tuesday, until the electrics dry. The crew manager says the water was only about an inch and a half deep and there was not a lot of property damage.
