At his recent Auburn Hills concert, singer Bruno Mars announced that he would donate 1 million dollars to the city of Flint, Michigan to aid in the water relief crisis. He follows in the path of other celebrities who have given large donations. He released a statement relating that as fellow Americans, we have a responsibility to take care of each other. The crisis began in 2014 resulting in criminal arrests following the death of five residents.
