Think of the most expensive water gun your kids have ever asked you for, and multply that by 100 and it still wouldn’t be as much as the government spent on water cannons. As expensive as they were though, they have never been utilized, and are being sold before doing so. They were bought for riot control techniques but have too many feared safety issues.
