In Austraila, one of the world’s driest continents, water is becoming a concern. As populations grow, rainfall declines, and the climate changes, many people see a need for greater water conservation. Along comes Bangaroo South, a building project that seeks to not only conserve water, but to actually generate it. Through the use of technology, Bangaroo seeks to have “net positive” water, meaning that they produce more than they use. Despite this goal, they have received very little support, as they are on the cutting edge of this trend.
