Matter cannot be changed or destroyed, only changed in form. This scientific principal applies throughout all of earth, including water. The global water crisis is something that needs to be resolved quickly in order for humanity to continue. Currently, our best bet to ensure a quenched future is to change our wastewater back into clean water again.
