Can Diet Soda Make You Fat?

We’re not going to deny how tasty soda can be. The fizzy water, the tasty flavors, it compliments many meals, too. It’s a good thing that diet soda has zero calories and won’t increase your waistline… right?

New studies are popping up suggesting that diet sodas are actually causing people to gain weight rather than lose it. Researchers discovered that folks that drank diet soda once or more per day had a higher body max index than those who just drank regular tap water.
