Seventy-five homes in Moyola were advised to avoid consumption of public water due to a contamination of kerosene in the supply. Residents are upset at the fact that they hadn’t received a notice about the contamination until a week after it was discovered. Officials believe the kerosene came from a leak from a heating system that entered the water supply and they are rectifying the problem as fast as they can.
