Cleaning Waterways Require Muscular Mussels

The Delaware River is being cleaned via nature rather than traditional man-made methods. Officials added freshwater mussels into the ecosystem of the river which have acted as a natural filter for the river by cycling gallons of water per hour eating small particles.
