Columbian Protestors Aim to Protect River

Thousands of Columbian citizens intend to join an 8-month long protest to protect the River Magdalena, the country’s most important river and one of the largest rivers in South America. They protest the construction of a hydro-electric mega-dam which will be under Italian-Spanish company Enel-Endesa.
