In Limerick, an anti-water charge float was banned from participating in this year’s St. Patrick’s Day parade. The “We Won’t Pay” campaign cried foul, stating that they were told they were the 41st entrant and had been preparing for over a month. The last minute removal was due to the political nature of their group and that the parade wanted to focus on celebration.
