Pakistan Turns to Sun to Solve Water Woes

The ongoing drought in Pakistan has led to 80% of its water resources becoming unfit for human consumption. In response, the Sindh provincial government is investing 5.4 billion Pakistani rupees to install 750 solar-powered water treatment plants to provide safe drinking water to over 1.5 million people.
