Two multi-million pound awards have been given by the Coal Authority to protect English waters from coal contamination. Severn Trent Services and JN Bentley have been tapped and in exchange for a projected £66 million payment, they’ll help the Coal Authority engineer, operate, and maintain their mine water treatment plants, pumping stations, and mine gas facilities.
