Flush Out Inflammation

The immune system can be a great and terrible thing at times. While it helps prevent disease and illness, it uses inflammation as a response to various injuries, fungi, bacteria, and viruses. Chronic inflammation that’s been built up for years can wear a person down with aches. However, there is a simple solution.

Drinking more water and simple dietary changes can decrease inflammation and help get you back into top shape. Cutting out dairy and high fats, curbing your sugar intake, eating vitamin enriched fruits and veggies, and drinking more water can make all the difference.
